Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if goods are found to be faulty, or do not comply with the contract. Your postage costs of returning the product to us will be reimbursed as will any original post and packing charge. You will be refunded within 30 days. Please request a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office when returning faulty goods to us.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you also have the right to change your mind and cancel an order, for any reason, within 7 working days after the day on which the goods were received. If you do decide to cancel, please call 01243 837355 in the first instance and follow it up with a letter, fax or e-mail. Goods should be returned to us at your own cost, safety seal unbroken and in good condition. We will provide you with a full refund of the goods, including any original post and packing charge.
